Cancellations
We begin work on your order immediately,during business hours. A charge to your credit card is done as soon as we receive your order. We realize that situations can change. If you need to cancel your order, your refund will depend on the phase of completion when you cancel your order

Returns

Non-Personalized Items
Just Personalized accepts returns for any non-personalized item provided you follow our specific return instructions.

Personalized and Dated Items
Personalized and dated items may not be returned. If you are unsure about a product look or quality, please order one without personalization prior to placing a large order.

Personalized and dated items may be exchanged if defective or damaged during shipping. Dated and Personalized items may not be exchanged after the date printed or engraved.

Defective or Damaged Items

To receive an exchange on a defective or damaged item you must contact us within 5 business days of delivery for return instructions and a return authorization number. Any package arriving without an authorization number will be returned to sender.

Instructions for Return or Exchange

You must contact us within 5 days of delivery for a return authorization number.
If the original shipping container is damaged, please keep it for a possible claim with our shipper.

Place the return authorization number on the outside of the box you are returning so it can be easily identified. Any package arriving without a return authorization number will be returned to sender.
We encourage you to properly package and track your return box. Just Personalized is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit.

Shipping Reimbursement Policies

Just Personalized will reimburse you for ground shipping costs for authorized returns or exchanges. Express shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Non-personalized merchandise returned for credit does not qualify for shipping reimbursement.
Just Personalized will pay to ship replacement items via UPS ground service only. Customers requiring rush shipping will be charged.
